Kinchan Bukkake Udon

Different from most udon served in a warm broth, this bowl is splashed with a flavorful sauce of bonito and seaweed that‰۪s perfect for spring. Try it with: fried egg, pickled ginger, green onion. DIRECTIONS
:
1. Add 1 å_ cups (400 ml) of boiling water to bowl of noodles.
2. Cover for 2 minutes and then drain.
3. Add sauce and stir well.
4. Finish by garnishing with dry sachet contents and enjoy!
